Exceptional Surgeon -My son recently had surgery performed by Dr. Heidi Smith, and I cannot recommend her enough. From the initial consultation to the post-op care, Dr. Smith was professional, compassionate, and thoroughly knowledgeable.Dr Smith took the time to explain the entire procedure, answered all of our questions, and made sure my son understood all the options. Her expertise was clear from the start, and I felt my son was confident in her hands. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the results have exceeded our expectations.

Everything is very efficient. Heidi is a wonderful person to work with on my knee issue.

DO Smith treated me like an old bent over person who isn't worth her time. She did a very minimal exam and instead of offering to do a small invasive procedure, she went right to shoulder transplant. I felt worthless as a patient and would not take a dead cat to her.

Getting stuck with a needle in the knee has never been so pleasant! She was great at explaining the situation my knee, showing me the X-rays and explaining what we were looking at, what the next steps were for immediate relief and what I could expect long term. Pleasant personality. Good sense of humour (that’s important for me.)
