I went for several visits and had an ECHO as well as a sleep study but never at any visit did I ever meet the doctor. I was told she didn’t come to the office. I have been a dentist for over 40 years and never attempted to test a patient from home. I dont have any faith in a cardiologist doing that either! This is NOT the place for me

Have been a patient of Dr. Preston's for four years and can say that I feel that she covers every base in her treatment of my health problem. Office staff has always been very polite and helpful.

Well I had a phone call from receptionist reminding me about my appointment which I had for gotten. I have had some procedures done and have not felt the best. I had asked if we could push it out a few days and she said we would have to reschedule. So I checked with my wife and she said it was ok. So I was back on the phone with the receptionist and said if I can reschedule for next week. She said it is a 24 hour calling to reschedule. So I looked down on the time and it was 2:50pm and my appointment it til 3pm the next day. I said wouldn't this be over 24 hrs and she said well and huffed and said whatever. I told her you know what just cancel it and she hung up on me. What was said is that my wife and daughter heard that and was like what. So she was very rude and unperfessional. I would not recommend anyone to that practice if that receptionist is still there. For a heart place she is the one that raises your blood pressure.

Very knowledgeable physician with excellent credentials in cardiology and CPAP respiratory technology. Assess candidly all prescribed medical and physical treatments with patients. Superior congeniality qualities with patients.

I have had chest pain for several years & it has not been able to put a name on it except spasms. I know it is more than that because of how the pain is and what may or may not set it off. I have had tests done, but nothing unusual except a couple of small leaks in valves. I have no idea if this is important, or if it just goes away. She is extremely quick on her time with you. Very competent, knowledgeable and thorough. She takes the time to understand the issues and treat accordingly. I would highly and gladly recommend Dr. Preston to friend sand family. .

I am not sure of what the last person comment was about the receptionist. I found her very pleasant and helpful

All staff very nice except receptionist seems very judgmental and rude.
