This office is ridiculous. It takes them forever to return calls, follow up to emails, referrals have to be chased down. They schedule appointments and then call the day before to tell you the dr is only working in the office 2 days a week and only one of those days is for yearly exams. I'm not sure if Dr. Koch is ill, or having family issues, but it shouldn't take the office 3 weeks to provide bloodwork results. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor, I did.

I have been a patient for nearly 15 years. My experience with Dr. Koch has shown that she is thorough, knowledgeable, understanding and empathetic. Dr. Koch is my gyn but she has also morphed in to my primary doctor too! she has been instrumental in me maintaining and managing my overall health.

Dr Koch has been nothing short of amazing over the last 15 years I’ve been seeing her. I have NEVER left her office with a worry or question or concern- she addresses it all! I truly feel cared for- she is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Dr Koch doesn’t just look at current symptoms, but she considers history, family history, personal needs/wants, etc. She asks about my family, takes time to see how I am doing and takes time to explain everything to me. I am truly lucky to have her as my OBGYN!

Dr. Koch is awesome! She listens, she cares, and she knows her stuff. Before finding her I went to several doctors, urgent care, and the ER for a reoccurring problem. In 1 visit Dr. Koch diagnosed my problem and got me all fixed up. Needless to say she has a patient for life. I highly recommend her.

Smart to the point and no B.S. dont expect a kiss A**. She is here to help your health. She needs to be forward thinking and up on latest medicines. If she was not they would call her antiquated. She is truthful, honest, compassionate and a humorous and thorough Dr. He support staff makes you feel beyond comfortable. You leave knowing that a resolution has been found. I've been with her since 2003. She must be doing something EXTREMLY RIGHT. IJS

I am new to Dr. Koch's practice but women in my family have seen her and recommended her. She was so great with me (my first OB/GYN visit - age 16) and I felt so comfortable and trusting when in her care. She is very knowledgable and compassionate and answered all questions I had and thoroughly explained my plan of care. Thank you Dr. Koch!

TERRIBLE experience. The office was like a zoo. Very chaotic and disorganized. I was being seen by the PA-c Amanda (she was very nice), but Dr. Koch very rudely barged into the room in the middle of my appointment without knocking only to ask the PA-c to fix something on her cell phone.

Dr. Koch is the best and most caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being seen by. I am admittedly a high strung and anxious person and in the best of ways, she knew how to treat me from the first. I have had several gyno issues that she has diligently tested and treated and she never gives up. I feel that she genuinely cares about me as a person and will do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of a medical issue so that she can treat it properly. She knows what she is doing. Great Dr.

Save your time, money, and effort, and please do not go to this doctor's office. They absolutely never pick up their telephone, no matter how many voice messages you leave for them. I'm not sure what the front desk lady gets paid for.
Secondly, the doctor drew lab work on me and then ignorantly proceeded to send it to THE WRONG LAB, which was not covered by my insurance plan, leaving me with a hefty bill. PLEASE find yourself a different, more functional and knowledgable doctor's office.

Dr. Koch is THE rudest most condisending provider I've ever encountered. You will be seen my a minimum of 3 students before she arrives. THEN, when she does get to the room she will be in a hurry and when I asked questions she talked to me like I was an idiot. I was a Navy corpsman for 8 years. I worked with a lot of docs....this woman should be ashamed of herself. Run. Run far away from her.

I have been seeing Dr. Koch for a long time. I always loved her and bragged about her to everyone. That changed when I went to see her after going to see a new dr. For one visit and ran into some pregnancy issues. My next visit to her she embarrassed me Infront of her staff, made me cry and made me even more depressed than I already was. What kind of Dr Does this? I am still in disbelief. All these years I thought she was someone who cares but she is not.... PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

They never pick up the phone!! Very difficult to get in touch with them. Even when you leave voicemail they won't call you back!
The place is untidy. The staff has not much experience. I had blood work done. After that my arm was purple for more than 2 months.

As a person going into the profession, I would never treat my patients with such lack of professionalism or disregard. Thank you very much for making me feel like I didn?t deserve your time and that my health wasn?t of importance! Very disappointed in this office and I would not recommend it to anyone unless you have an entire day to wait or want to feel as though ?your just another number?.

I love her. She is very thorough and responds to your questions. She is not judgmental and makes me feel like she is concerned when I am worried. I can't imagine using another gynecologist.
