this Dr. saved my husband's life..My husband is living with 1/4 of live heart tissue. He has a dephibulator and pacemaker! he was having fatal arrhythmias and Dr Tan decided to do ablasion surgery after trying 2 years of new meds. My husband had the surgeryJan 30th 2019 in Albany Med...All the staff and nurses there love working with Dr. Tan! He might not be into lengthy conversation, but he doesn't need to be he is a genius!!

Dr. Tan is an exceptional physician in that he is attentive, relaxed, informative and respectful. More importantly, he welcomes your questions and listens attentively when you talk to him. Pleasant and informative appointment in his new Queensbury office. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my health care.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such an unproductive appointment with such an unprepared physician and disorganized office staff. It was a complete waste of time that could have been spent at an office willing to take appropriate initiative.

He is a great listener and very flexible. He agreed to switch my meds when I told him about the side effects I was experiencing, even though those side effects are not proven. And the switch worked: i have not had any a-fib episodes or had any side effects since switching the medicine. He is cheerful and friendly and also explains any risks in a realistic way. By the way, the office runs smoothly: I have almost never waited even five minutes. You get in at the actual appt time.
