My visit was in 1998 when Dr. Gimbel did my lasik surgery. I flew there from San Antonio, TX after doing much research on lasik doctors. I’m just now writing this review because in going through old medical paperwork, I came across the information folder that I have kept all these years from Canada. Beautiful Calgary where I was sightseeing the very next day after my lasik surgery without glasses for the first time since the age of 6 years old. I have said all these years that Canada gave me vision. It’s only been in the past few years that I’ve had to purchase glasses for distance. Otherwise my lasik surgery was a blessed success. I wish the Gimbel Eye Centre much more success in the future.
