Don't trust him
I got suckered in by how nice the office was. They took a wedge out of my top eyelid to remove a mohl and caused permanent damage. They took out too big of a wedge making my eyelid too tight causing an astigmatism also making that eye look more closed than the other. They also kept me awake during the procedure. I informed them of this at the check up and the said give it time your eyelid will stretch and your vision will go back to normal. It has been over 10 yrs now and I regret having gone there everyday also have needed glasses ever since. They also left a stitch behind had to go back to have removed.

I was very happy with the surgery that removed the eye bag that Dr. Higa performed one year ago. I feel I look younger now, because I don't have the "tired" look on my face.

Dr Higa was the first Eye Specialist (from Many) who came up with a procedure to help my constant eye problems. He literally scraped off my cornea but left the outer ring. The cornea than grew back in a few days. This procedure changed my life from constant headaches, unable to see because pieces of my cornea would fall off, to no headaches and my cornea has remained in place for the last 10 years. Forever Grateful

The billing team is awful! I contested a bill of $40 with a letter to Dr. Higa several years ago. Don't remember ever getting a response from him, then several years later get a letter from a collection agency! In my letter, I explained my horrific experience with the Laser treatment I had and the allergic reaction I had and missed three days of work due to hives all over my body! What awful care Dr. Higa and his team provides for his patients! I wouldn't go there ever again!
