Saw Dr Na Monday re a fall week earlier. Complained of back pain and knee looked infected. She put me on antibiotics and what I believe to be a muscle relaxer. Later that day intense back pain. Assumed the muscle relaxer would help. Next day confused as to instructions to care for wound. Her nurse saw the picture and clarified the instructions. The next day now two days since the visit there is intense red around the wound. I sent a picture at 10:30. No one calls or messages. Also, the pain is so bad now can barely walk. It is suggested I may need a pelvis and back x-ray by the nurse who returns my call/message. Yet, Dr. Na saw me two days earlier and felt my back and said nothing broken! Where did this come from? I beg at 4:00 pm or so (5 1/2 hrs. after message sent with photo) to have her call. This nurse hasn’t seen the. picture and is unclear how to see it. I beg to have Dr Na look at the photo and get no return call. Then a message message to see urgent care. What will they do?

Dr. Na is amazing. She listens, is responsive and cares about the patient. Had a situation and she called me at 5:30am. Unheard of today. She’s the best.
