The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional
The staff is the most unprofessional group of medical professionals I’ve ever met. They lack respect, empathy, organization and accountability. T, who works the front desk is the absolute worst! She must be a relative of Dr. Robinson, because with her rude and unprofessional behavior and the amount of complaints she’s received in reviews, one would think she would have been terminated by now. The “office manager” Kelly is dismissive of patient concerns and appears intimidated by the staff. Also had a bad experience with one of the nurses Sakiyah she’s extremely sneaky and manipulative, don’t leave her with your kids, teens or elderly family members. We will not be returning.

Rude and unprofessional staff will be his downfall
The Staff is the absolute worst! They are EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional, especially the front office rep “T”. There are several reviews on other sites that say the same. When you do attempt to speak to the “office mgr” Kelly she is completely dismissive of it all & appears clueless & intimidated by the staff. Additionally, they lack accountability when errors are made, the billing practices need work & many of the staff who take calls re: prescriptions aren’t knowledgeable enough to even address prescription questions, so they become defensive as a result.Patients that stick around despite the front office staff is strictly because of the Dr. I too have tried to tolerate the staff, because I like Dr. Robinson, but the unprofessionalism is just too consistent to continue to dismiss. Even after complaints have been made directly to the Dr, there appears to be no improvement, even tho he said he has addressed it many times to no avail. Therefore, I nor my family will be returning.

The Best PCP
Dr. Robinson is the best PCP I’ve had in my 57yrs of life. He is very knowledgeable, caring and attentive to his patients. He takes his time to really listen to the patient and address any medical issues. I have been a patient of his for close to 10 years now. I would highly recommend Dr. Robinson to anyone looking for a new PCP.

Dr.Robinson is a very good doctor, however,if you don't see him every 3 to 4 months then you are stuck with his assoc.Jessica. When you tell the girl that you are sick you should be able to see Dr.Robinson . I also found that when he sends you for tests such as ex-rays, ultra sound, you can wait a long time for your results. I usually call the place where the test was done and have them mail me my results. This is not right! His office staff except for "T" they stink. Keep you on hold and never has the answers for you. As I said he is a good doctor but his office help makes me think about changing Primary Doctors

Definitely!
Dr. Robinson goes over and beyond assuring that he spends the necessary time with his patients. I never feel rushed when meeting with him. Plus, he is a great listener.

Front Office is the WORST!
The front office needs a lesson on Extraordinary Customer Service and Dealing with Patient Care. The absolute only reason I continued serving the location (after Amber left), is because of the PA Jessica. Jessica is detailed and extremely knowledgeable. After more than 10 years attending this office, I still have not met Dr Robinson, but I hear from Friends that see him he is amazing. It is sad that 2 providers with excellent reviews fall short because of the customer service skills of their front office and record department.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robinson for several years. He is the best doctor I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He is also very personable and patient. This why he was recently recognized by the Atlanta Magazine as being one of the top physicians at Piedmont Henry Medical and the Piedmont Health Care System overall. I highly recommend him as a medical provider.

I tested positive for an infection and was not given anitibiotics until they sent to lab. Its been a week and the just called me back. They yelled at me on the phone for being upset for how long it took. I was told the redults must have fallen through the cracks. Horrible nurses and customer service.

He is the most caring and pleasant Doctor I have my daughter to see. She is a special needs adult , he is familiar with her syndrome from his years of practice. She loved him very much. He is very interested in making her life the best it can be and as long as possible.

Never got beyond the PA and never met, nor saw any Doctor. The PA's inexperience cost me nearly $500 because she didn't justify the request.

I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for Dr. Robinson. I have struggled with my health for years. I've been to countless doctors searching for someone that could help me. Many doctors only spent 5 minutes with me and only wanted to know what the current problem was, not wanting to hear my history. Dr. Robinson took time with me, actually looked at my history, asked about current and past symptoms, and REALLY listened to every piece of my health. Within TWO visits he had a diagnosis for me

My son saw Jessica today as a new patient. This was the best experience we have ever had at a physician's office. The staff was warm and friendly and made us feel right at home. As a mother and a nurse, I look forward to going back and also meeting Dr. Robinson.
