She's absolutely horrible and clueless. Probably purchased her medical "license" avoid her if you can! My mother has been going to her for years and I don't know why. She doesn't help and my mother's GERD and other issues are getting worse and worse. My mom asked her for a PH test and the "doctor" said "In America that test isn't done" ?????? well all it takes is a few minutes of googling and in fact it is done in a REAL GI practice! "Doctor" also told my mom that surgery to fix her GERD problem isn't done either... well what do you know 1 of my very own patients just had GERD surgery. Stay away from this clown of a "doctor" i just called her office to get my moms medical records and of course got the answering service so I asked what time does the office open and the answer was "the office hours vary" ok lady what time does the office open TODAY? "I don't know the hours vary" really??? ?????????? called the office back since NO ONE returned my call from this morning, spoke to the braindead useless receptionist who told me "call back tomorrow" NO Im not calling back tomorrow! so she put me back on hold and "Inna" answered with an attitude, who was RUDE and absolutely disgusting! she's clueless and should not be working in the medical field or with the public! (I've been working in the medical field for over 25 years and I NEVER treat patients or anyone the way they do) So again i asked for my moms medical records to be sent to a new doctor She refused! (my mom also called her to ask for her own records) I think it's time that they get a visit from the NYC health department, Medicare AND Medicaid... after that the rest of the insurances they bill for fake services will follow!

The doctor is good, but the nurse is very rude. I initially thought it was a one-time occurrence, but she consistently speaks to patients in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. If she doesn’t like her job, maybe it’s time for her to consider retirement.
