Dr. Rao was not the problem, he seemed quite competent. The major issue is his staff. They do not return calls, give incorrect information for when you are scheduled for an appointment and/or procedure. In addition, they call to tell you that you need to reschedule your appointment a day in advance because they were mistaken about when the Dr. was going to be on his vacation. When I asked them to send my electrocardiogram results to my new cardiologist, they told me "no problem" none sent.

Never did lab work prior to procedure, procedure failed and I am worse off now then before the ablation. Contacted their office after 2nd bout in ER and never even received the courtesy of a return call. Very disappointed and discouraged in the lack of care for the patient. Would never refer anyone to Dr. Rao.
