Dr. Goyal was, extremely, thorough in explaining the process she would take to diagnose and treat my condition. She was very open to my questions and answered all of them without rushing me - checking to make sure I was understanding all that she told me.

I was told by the Dr, that I wasn't following her instructions and was made to feel like I am stupid, and don't follow her instructions and lied to me about what she said to me about how to take my meds and how much of it. I looked back at the notes in ou health app, nothing was said about medication changes or anything else.

The only thing that dissuades me from returning was the feeling I got that my doctor thought I was too young to have opinions on my body. I expressed that I have never and never will want to carry children, and the doctor replied along the lines "you may change your mind, I'm speaking from personal experience" when I know for a fact my mind will never change. Right now this opinion does not affect my medical care, but if I was to ever want to look into a hysterectomy or something similar I don't think this doctor would support or allow me which is underwhelming.

Did not address my primary concern. Did not review my history. The visit notes contain numerous inaccuracies, including the reason for the referral, my current symptoms, and my previous diagnosis. She is not informed about menopause or hypothyroidism in the context of endometriosis. She disregarded a diagnosis confirmed by two MDs by simply saying that they were wrong. She ordered multiple tests for conditions she doesn't believe I have.

Doesn't seem to listen
Her bedside manner is she knows everything and when you question her, she gets upset. I want a Dr that I can bounce ideas off of and feel comfortable talking to... she's not it. I changed doctors after 3rd visit

Good Doctor
I really like Dr Goyal, she seems to know her stuff. However having to deal with her nurse Haley is terrible. She's rude and treats you like an inconvenience. So unfortunately I will be switching doctors
