With this being my first pregnancy, I would highly recommend Dr. Tadvick and his staff. I fell in love with my whole pregnancy journey because of them. The doctor, nurse practitioner, nurses, and assistances are absolutely amazing. He and his staff have the best bedside manner. The more visits you have, the closer the staff gets to you. I honestly feel like I owe Dr. Tadvick everything. My pregnancy and labor was amazing and now I feel like I could have lots of babies because of him! I will continue recommending him to everyone I know. He prays with you every visit you have (if you would like) and is truly concerned about you, baby, and your wellbeing in general. I have never been more appreciative of any other doctor in my life. If I could give him 100 stars I would. He is the best!

Dr. Tadvick has a kind bedside manner, but he does not believe in unmedicated birth or vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC). When I presented my birth plan to him to discuss it, he laughed at me and handed it back. I was a first time mom with plans for an unmedicated birth, and he didn’t believe I could do it (he kept telling me to sign up for an epidural) until he stripped my membranes. Then he finally conceded that maybe I could have an unmedicated birth. He is not VBAC friendly, and I would not recommend him to anyone planning a birth that goes against his idea of what birth should look like: on your back with an epidural.

Love Dr Tadvick and Brandi their kindness and prayers are just as important as the medical treatment they provide.

I can not speak more highly of Dr. Tadvick, and 100% recommend him to anyone in the Abilene area. This is my first pregnancy and every time I get nervous or have a question, him and his staff are more than happy to call me with information or schedule me for a same day appointment to make sure my baby is all healthy and growing away. I have never fully trusted a doctor this much and that is saying something as my baby is already my world and we still have a few weeks to go.

We went in for a consultation he had us waiting for over two hours in a room and then acted irritated when I opened the door to question what was going on ...then came into the room was very rude his nurse had not done her job by getting a consent for surgery from my cardiologist and acted like that was my fault he said he would only do dnc if I consented to blood transfusion which is ridiculous for a minor procedure..so I told him I find another Dr Who has the skill/knowledge he lacks .
