Nasal Surgery
Recently had surgery with Dr. Jacob Benedict. He was very professional and explained the procedure fully. Dr Benedict was attentive, caring and showed a great bedside manner.Dr Benedict is surrounded by a staff that was so wonderful. They made me feel at ease while going in for surgery. So important to me.Thank you Dr. Benedict and staff you are fully appreciated.

Horrible Expereince
I need ear tubes to keep my Eustachian tubes open in order to hear. On my first visit with Dr. Benedict, he looked into my left ear with a microscope as he accidentally sucked out the tube that had recently been inserted by another doctor. He didn't own up to the mistake. Looking at the other ear, he found infection and said he would call in a prescription to my pharmacy'. He never did that. So. instead of helping me with my stuffy ears, he actually did me harm. for this visit of 15 or less minutes, he charged my insource company $623.84! He charged $97.85 for the microscope he used while clumsily sucking my new tube out, and $525.99 for a 'new doctor visit for 45 plus minutes. I was actually in his chair for 15 or fewer minutes. At this rate, he will get rich by doing nothing or worse. You should avoid him. He was not even the doctor that my regular doctor referred me to. I don't know why I got him.
