Can seem cold, but truly cares
I saw Dr Riley in 2015 for pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. She was very cold at the appointment, handed me a pamphlet on grief and sent me on my way. I would have changed doctors for next pregnancy, but she was the only one in the area willing to do a Vba2c with me. I AM SO GLAD I stuck around. Watching her devotion to patient care in the delivery room was worth any coldness I ever felt. She was at my side every chance she got, asking my pain level and demanding the nurses take care of me and do their job 100%. She was the only doctor (out of 4 living babies) I felt truly had my best interest at heart. It was like she was a completely different person, almost as if she were my own mother in the level of care and concern, and I trusted her every step of the way. Her bedside manner in the clinic may be a little unwelcoming at times, but her ability to provide 1000% care and expertise in the delivery room is well worth it.

I must admit when I read all of the reviews about her I was extremely worried when I became pregnant with my fourth child and had requested a female this time around. I have never experienced any of the rudeness or dismissive ness that others have. She has always been so kind to me, attentive to my needs, and honest about what she believes is best. She is a direct person and does not lie to you about how she feels but for me personally that is a strength because I always feel like she does what is in my best interest. I can’t imagine ever seeing anyone else at this point.

She delivered my son 4 years ago. DON'T GO TO HER. I KNOW SO MANY PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH HER. ANOTHER DOCTOR DELIVERED MY NEXT SON. I WISH I WOULD HAVE LEFT A REVIEW AND THOUGHT TO CHECK FOR MYSELF. I JUST WANT TO WARN PEOPLE. JUST DON'T GO TO HER. ANYONE WOULD BE BETTER.

I felt she was very cold and dismissive when I tried to express my concerns (pertaining to my medical history). I felt I was a burden. Waste of her time. Even having slight anxiety over going to the doctor because I knew I had to sit & wait an hour or so to see her. I felt she talked AT me & not with me. We just didn’t click & I didn’t want this woman delivering our child.

I can somewhat understand the "rude" comments, Dr Riely came from a research background but she has been my Dr since she started and I adore her.. she is detail oriented and thorough ... if you have any questions or concerns... ask and she will spend as much time as you need.

Extremely rude, seen her for a total of five minutes and she acted like seeing me was a waste of her time. Keep in mind I had already been waiting for about an hour and a half to actually see her. She was in and out, no help with the issues I was experiencing. Gave me a once over and told me I needed to lose weight by “laying off the soda” The receptionist staff also let me check out without performing labs and made me come back once I’d left, and then overcharged me for tests they didn’t do.

Dr. Riley is very efficient, detail oriented, and professional doctor who places the utmost importance on the safety and well being of her patient and unborn child. I had an unplanned C-section and my scar is small and hardly visible. I have been a patient of hers since 2001 and I am proud to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Riely is a great doctor. I was very nervous because my doctor had moved to Cincinnati Ohio so I had to take time out and find a new ob/gyn with my third pregnancy. She was amazing but she was not warm and fuzzy she is very straight to the point. I wasn't very sure if I'd be comfortable with her but she took very well care of me and my pregnancy and make sure everything was okay and when I got sick with a bad cold she made sure my baby was okay and that I got better.

This office and physician group is very efficient, friendly, and does a great job with annual check ups. I have a more complicated medical history and when I tried to work with Dr. Riley to find out what was going on with my body and learn more about my ability to have children, it felt like she was making it a non-issue unless I was actively trying to get pregnant. Great for annual check-ups and routine visits, not so great for complicated medical history.
