I should have known my relationship with Dr. Bailey would end badly after my first three appointments were cancelled at the last moment. I was shocked when he informed me through his nurse that I had violated his clinic rules and that he was dismissing me from his care. He has very little, if any, communications skills and is totally inflexible in dealing with me as a patient. I highly recommend researching his patient reviews before selecting him as your pain management doctor.

I've been in a pain clinic for 20yrs and then the doctor quit doing pain management so I was sent to Bailey. I took many urine drug tests and didn't frail. So I take 1st one at Bailey's and didn't get another one till 6months later. I never failed the past docs id's. So I get a call saying he is releasing me for not having my pain meds in id's. BS. I've had 8back surgeries, 1 spinal fusion and 4screws put in my so joint. I work construction also. Then I get a letter from them and it says somethi g totally different. Said I constantly failed to take his advice and recommendations. Yeah he just wanted to take me off meds. I had been on 7 a day n I weaned myself down to 3. He wanted me down to 2. I will be writing a letter of complaint to medical board.

Terminated my family member without explanation. He was disabled and had difficulty with urine specimen. Is that why? No compassion at all!

After over a decade with Dr. Bailey my husband was terminated without explanation. He got the letter while recovering from a stroke. I would not recommend Dr. Bailey to anyone.

Dr Bailey gave inadequate care at best and could be considered negligent at worst. He seems to lack any compassion towards those with chronic pain. At some visits it felt as if I was being accused of drug seeking. I felt that I could not talk to him if I had any issues with my treatment. I am so happy to be with another dr. It feels wonderful to be seeing someone at last that I think actually cares about my issues!
