I made an initial appointment for a colonoscopy. I am a retired RN. Initial consult was supposed to be by phone. I waited a week for that. They called and said they couldn’t do the initial consult by phone. I told them that was unprofessional to set an appointment and then say they couldn’t fulfill their end. They said they would connect me with the manager. Phone just rang and no one ever answered. I would say the staff is incompetent.

Dropped without notice
My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. Dr Bove was suppose to coordinate the total masectomy surgery with a breast reconstruction surgeon and schedule surgery for Feb 7, 23. 4 days before surgery on a friday we got a call from a surgeon in Dallas asking my wife to schedule a mamogram. Bove handed the whole operation to a surgeon in Dallas, 2 hrs away and never even called us that he wasn't going forward with her procedure. We started the whole process again and now its delayed the surgery for probably 2 more months. I just hope she doesn't have a higher cancer stage when its done. He is a horrible doctor.
