They are more concerned about numbers in the office than the patients! It is all about the money and shuffling patients in and out the door. The lack of communication is astonishing. The girls in the office do not know what they are talking about, their stuttering and different stories prove that to be a fact! Dr. Gould and his NP think they are GOD and never ever return a call themselves!

Performed the wrong procedure. Did not help at all.

Dr Gould and his team are absolutely amazing. After years of sinus and ear problems and many doctors they were able to provide so much relief I felt like a new person. I would highly recommend Dr Gould to anyone with sinus issues

I recently had a sinus procedure with Dr. Gould, and I am very happy with it. He is extremely knowledgeable and employs the latest treatments to make everything effective and comfortable. Dr. Gould and his staff are top notch. They have created nothing short of a dream result for my son's allergies. The minimal nasal surgery and allergy shots have completely changed my son's life. His face no longer swells from April - November and he can fully breath clearly. No more watery eyes, congestion, nor discomfort. We drive 1hr to and 1hr from the office, but it is time well spent. I highly suggest you talk to Dr. Gould regarding any nasal/allergy issues - but follow his instructions as the body needs time - a couple months to really start to see how the allergy shots improve the quality of life - it is not an overnight fix.

After a very poor experience with another Dr, I called St. Louis Sinus Center and had a very long conversation about the services that they offer, what my symptoms and expectations are, and how my appointments would be handled. I asked about getting my previous CT and records from my previous ENT sent over and reviewed before and during my first appointment so that I would not have to have repeat appointments and imaging done unless necessary. I was told that this would be no problem and is very common. Everything sounded like they were actually a great office and they took care of everything like they should. 3 weeks ago I made my appointment and I have the confirmation of receipt of the medical release form from 5/31. Given my urgency to get in, I took the first available appointment, 6/17, which unfortunately was at the Festus location, almost an hour away. I have been mostly satisfied with Dr Gould, although I have only seen him 2 times, the other visits have been with his MA. I had the sinus balloon surgery and for the most part I have been less congested but did get an ear infection once again. Just this week I called the office with ear fullness and pain and no one has called me since. I was hoping this wouldn't happen because this is the reason I switched Drs. The procedure was very expensive and for this I don't know if I would recommend it.

Billing department is horrible! Received bills for appointments that were from 10 months ago. Happened twice. I'm done.

The office staff are very professional. Dr. Gould is knowledgeable and takes time to talk with patients and answers questions.

Dr. Gould and his staff were awesome from the first appointment all the way through my follow-ups. I had my deviated septum/rhinoplasty in June of 2018. Everything went well and the results have been life changing. I can now breath and sleep much better. Dr. Gould explained the procedure to me and answered many questions I had concerning the recovery. I strongly recommend Dr. Gould if anyone is looking for an ENT to alleviate any sinus issues!

I've been to many doctors in my life & I've never come across a more clean, friendly & professional staff in my life. (Yes, even the front desk staff) I was in amazement honestly. Dr. Gould was fantastic & really took time to hear my concerns. They all put me at ease knowing I'll be having a balloon sinuplasty & tonsils removed. Especially at my age it's a little scary. However, I know I'm in good hands and confident that Dr. Gould & his staff are more than capable of taking great care of me!

Everyone in the office is professional and very friendly. Very clean and nice space as well, you don't feel like you are in the "typical" doctor's office. Dr. Gould is very thorough and goes over all your options and takes the time to make sure he answers all of your questions. I have had significant improvement in my complications since seeing Dr. Gould and his staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Gould!

I was very comfortable and pleased with Dr. Gould, his bedside manner, and his skill as a surgeon. He explains things along the way and answers questions in lay terms. Nice guy, very friendly and professional. Should I need further work in the future this is my only choice, hands down. I'm still in recovery after surgery but can already feel the improvement. Dr. Gould is a great doctor. From my first visit he listened to my issues and explained my options. My surgery for removal of a cyst went exteremely well and the after care has been outstanding. He is always looking for ways to help relieve your sinus issues.??

Very kind and professional service. Great new technology and equipment! My Sinuses feel better than they have in a long time. With the current weather I would typically be in severe suffering from a sinus infection and it has been a month since surgery and I feel a slight pressure but nothing close to what I normally feel like. I would highly recommend anyone with sinus issues to see Dr. Gould.
