Traveled from out of state
I drove eight hours from another state. Where I live there is a shortage of GI doctors. I was due for a three year follow up colonoscopy due to a large precancerous polyp that was removed. This was due in March. I'm experiencing new onset bowel changes. I received an appointment within a week. My colonoscopy is scheduled for July 16th. I grateful they do not require referrals, which my insurance does not require, because this seems to cause alot of delays and miss communication. The staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Jacob's was professional, non intimidating, and a good listener. He physically examined me and is Also evaluating my liver issues. I'm pleased.

Great experience
I saw Dr. Jacob as a new patient for an endoscopy and a colonoscopy. He explained everything thoroughly beforehand and the procedure was not as bad as I'd imagined. The prep was actually the worst part and he had nothing to do with that. I'd totally recommend him to anyone.

Dr Jacob has been managing my UC and esophageal disease for over 10 years. Not only is he good at managing my care, but he also takes the time to listen and explain any changes in my treatment. UC alone is a challenging disease, having a great doctor looking out for you is a blessing. Thank you, Dr Jacob!

I saw Dr. Jacob for a follow-up after a bout with diverticulitis. Although he is not my regular physician, Dr. Jacob had briefed himself well ( studied my test results) prior to my seeing him. He spoke well if my own physician and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. We talked about diet and what to look for/expect in the future. I felt more confident in how to move forward following my meeting with him.
