Worst Experience I've Ever Had
Here is my timeline from my trip to PeaceHealth with this doctor: 4:50- Get brought back to a room after 3 hours (aka a bed In the hallway) 5:30- Dr Lee asks a couple questions, feels abdomen, and said he is ordering something for the pain and an ultrasound even though I just had one 4 days prior. 6:00- Given what I thought was a pain med, but turns out it was for intestinal cramping (Donnatal). 7:00-9:00- Asking many times that I need something for pain. Nothing given. Nurses saying they can't get doctor to approve. 9:00- Taken for x-ray and then given “something to help for the pain” …. Turns out it was a med for irritable bowel syndrome (Bentyl) 10:00- Finally given an IV with pain meds and nausea meds. Taken to CT Scan 11:30- Nurse comes to me and says everything was normal and was going to release me with just nausea meds and the irritable bowel syndrome meds. So I had to ask to see the doctor and tell him I need pain meds. 1 week later I am being told I need my gallbladder out.
