Had multiple appointments over the course of several months. He and his staff were very defensive, and would not accept any responsibility for providing inadequate and improper care.

ankle fusion surgery
Just to let you know, you operated on my foot 8-20-1993 while you were at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Just wanted you to know that following the talar navicular joint fusion over 29 years ago the ankle is doing great. If I had access to a rating system back then I would have left you an excellent rating. Twenty nine years, I have the opportunity. Thank you so very much.

My family has had a combined four surgeries by Dr. Michelson over the years. He is an extremely competent foot and ankle surgeon whom I would recommend to anyone needing care in that area. The practice nurses, assistants, and staff are excellent as well. First rate!

Dr Michelson did surgery on my bunion, fusing it & also correction of a hammer toe. He very patiently explained everything to myself & my husband. He answered all questions that we had. The day of my surgery he spoke to us again & put me at ease about the surgery. I just had my two week check up with him & all is well. I cannot believe what a fantastic job he did. I would definitely recommend Dr Michelson!!

I was in high school when I had to have foot surgery- he was patient and careful- taking the time to explain things to me without being condescending or negative. I've been back since for other injuries and have always found him to be available, honest, and a good treatment provider.
