If I could give minus stars I would. This office is the worst! My mother had an eye appointment and I dropped her off and 30 minutes later I’m back at work and I get a call that she’s ready for pick up. I was told by the clueless front office staff worker who called me and lied about my mom not having an appointment today. Now, this is not the first time this has happened. They pulled this on us before! They are notorious for giving appointments to you in person or over the phone and then rescheduling without telling you until you arrive. They don’t seem to have any regard for you missing time off from work, the gas you wasted, or the inconvenience. I work in healthcare and when we have issues like this which is rare, we first own up to our mistake, and fit the patient in. When I asked. Could they see her because she was already there? I was told that it would take a while to verify her insurance and some other excuses. Bottom line, this was a waste of our time! Unprofessional staff!
