Unsatisfactory
He is indifferent to your appointment time. He is inconsiderate and rude. When you express displeasure with the hour and 10 minute waiting time past your appointment He tells you to get a new doctor. Certainly doesn't fit the norm for Redington Fairview Hospital..

Dr. Thompson is a fantastic doctor. He is easy to talk to and spends time with his patients. I would recommend him highly. I have been a patient of his for approximately 15 years.

Dr Thompson is ALWAYS late for his appointments. Anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes. You would almost understand if he was handling an emergency but that is not the case. According to him he runs into traffic on his way in in the morning and recently when I arrived for an appointment at 1:15 (the time you will have to wait the least according to his beleaguered staff) he had "just stepped out". Your risk of stroke goes up just waiting to see this guy.
