We moved to Manchester from Australia and I feel so lucky to have found such a caring and competent doctor. I recently developed a gastrointestinal medical issue and Jana did all the appropriate diagnostic testing and referred me to a great GI specialist. Problem is complete resolved now. Jana is a great listener and very professional. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Dr. Oettinger is highly qualified and her follow through is second to none. She always has time to lend an ear to your concerns and is very thorough. She is very patient with the elders and listens to them and does not rush people out the door. I had a critically ill relative and her compassion with our family was way above average. She is that one in a million doctor. Can’t say enough positive things about her. Her patient load in Haverhill was very high as she is so skilled. Quite a number of us have followed her to Manchester because we all trust her knowledge, skill and believe it’s worth the trip to stay in her practice.

Dr. Oettinger is a caring, warm and thorough doctor with unusual follow through. She manages to focus on the patient and cover all details, without seeming hurried at all. I recommend her highly. (Some of these reviews are from a previous practice in Haverhill. She is now in Manchester.)

It is very hard to get appointments with this dr. Even when scheduling an annual directly with her it is often cancelled and then they can only reschedule with the NP. Even with urgent concerns office and physician take a long time to return call and won't be able to see you.
