Son's tonsillectomy
Dr. Dillon was fantastic with the tonsil removal of my 10 year old son. Kept us fully informed the entire time. I especially like that she had an additional sheet of questions on intake that seems to get lost with other offices. I will recommend her and continue to go to that office if needed.

Disappointed does not begin to cover it! Little Covid precautions, no temp checks, or questions. The Doctor wore her mask below her nose. Receptionist had hers off! Spent very little time with my mom and was ready to dismiss her totally before I made her aware of her hearing loss. She was sent for diagnostic tests which the technician said my mom had 25% hearing loss. At checkout the Receptionist was busy on the phone ordering a pizza and didn't have the courtesy to hang up and check us out. Rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning and will be notifying Medicare. Terrible provider, don't waste your time.

I am 66 and had an ear infection which my primary doctor treated with a round of antibiotics ... did not work. By luck, I was able to get in to see Dr Dillon who now lives in Florida. She was amazing, fast and treated me instantly with a follow up to assure my ear was clear. She is very kind and friendly and definitely keen.

She has terrible bed side manner especially when she sees you in the hospital. I didn't care for her at all. She doesn't take time to listen and brushes everything off and she is rude.

Tried to schedule appt and the lady on the phone sounded like she did not want to schedule me for ear infection check up. I've never had that kind of service.

Dr. Dillon is an excellent doctor and a very understanding and caring human being. She is very knowledgeable in what she does. We are blessed to have her as my son's doctor. I would highly recommend her to anybody who would like to see an ENT specialist.
