Dr. Janet Han, MD

Dr. Han is very quick to respond to concerns. I can send her a message on My Chart and she responds the same day. I’ve been seeing her as my PCP for a few years now and definitely recommend her to others.

I didn't mind her general rude/sarcasm comments and the rush felt like she got straight to the point. However, her rudeness can be directed towards the patient. I asked for STI testing as young woman in my 20s and she became judgemental and asked intrusive questions about my personal life, and I felt like I could not ask for an STI test later unless I prove I have a boyfriend. I know for a fact that male patients do not receive this kind of condescending questioning, even when they return for STI testing 6-7 times. I will no longer see Dr. Han as my PCP because of this.

0 bedside manner, compassion, and professionalism. I was laughed at and questioned why I was even coming to her due to a medical incident that happened to me not long ago. She’s not shy to share her condescending opinion. Didn’t believe me when I told her of past medical history for myself or family members. Made comment such as “50 is too young for your family to have a heart attack”. Rushed through the questions and asked ME what’s the medical reason why my problem happened. Communicated that I DONT KNOW and this is the reason for my visit. Didn’t want to refer me to a specialist and just wanted to have a basic check up after laughing at me. I wanted to get out of the office ASAP. Highly uncomfortable and ended the visit with her telling me “this was the easiest visit I’ve had to deal with”. Even laughed at me and judged me when I told her I haven’t ate yet (it was 2pm) because I had a late start to my day. Every chance she has to criticize you she will do it. 100% horrible.

When you need a doctor, Dr. Han is the best. She is always available when you need medical help.

As for the past 8 years that Dr. Han was my PCP, she is a very caring, understanding and with good bedside manners doctor. She reviews everytime your file in case anything new has happened since your last visit. I recently moved to another city and it has been quite hard to replace her. She would even reply my emails sent through mychart over the weekends and even at the early hours of the day (5 a.m.)

A terrible doctor, not a good listener, not looking at you while talking, just busy completing her notes. Her messages are rude. I terribly regretted picking her as my PCP.

She's useless. She already has my medical records and yet she asks if I could send them to her. It's obvious she didn't even review anything before my visit. She just wants to take my co-pay and then pass me on to some other doctor. She's rude, has no bedside manners, and not knowledgeable for someone who's supposed to be an internist!

She is a combination of the 5/2/1 reviews in my opinion. She is short and dismissive. She can be rude at times. Does not possess people skills. However, she does care in a clinical way to find a resolution for her patient's various Health concerns. She is flexible with medications and treatment options

She is a caring thorough Doctor. She spends time to go over your medical history and explain treatment options. Would highly recommend.

This might be the best Doctor I have had. She listens and actually calculates the next step while taking into consideration what the patient needs. I feel like I am a part of my medical care with a highly experienced professional. She has the "small town doctor" feel that actually cares about your health and overall life. I highly recommend to anyone!

She knowledgeable and good at her work. She listens to the problem and perform different tests to confirm.
