Good doctor but difficult to schedule for immediate needs. Would have to wait 25 days for an ear ache, or wait 4 days to be seen by her nurse practitioner.

I love this place. They are concerned about their patients and take a very good care. I got my appointment hassle free and had to wait for 5 minutes only. Doctor and all the staff are competent. They know what they are doing. Highly Recommended!

It was a very pleasant experience. I got an appointment right away, the staff was nice, and the price was fair. Fingers crossed that I do not need to visit again soon, but I know where to go if the need arises.

Dr. Gray and her team have always taken care of me since I have Medi-Medi trying to find a female doctor is very difficult, has everything been perfect no, but my needs are met and I appreciate the help I've received from her and her practice.

THE PROBLEM: NO ONE CARE ABOUT MEDICAL RECORDS. DONT EVER GO THERE
The first and only time I went to Dr Gray I had my med recs SENT TO HER a good month ahead of time and verified they were sent. When I got to my appointment she did not have them in the chart & did not care. Took my NEW DR and I 30 days to get them to send my records to Scripps. My new DR said they just kept lying to her. She thought they were trying to get me to pay for the recs instead of sending them directly to the DR.

Used to take my mother to Dr Gray for elder care over 8 years ago. Was satisfied then with Dr. Gray's performance. Eight years later, after my mother's death, I revisited Dr. Gray who advised me she was NOT interested in providing me with her services. $250 later, I found a less emotional Internist to work with. Caveat Emptor.

VERY difficult to get Dr. Gray to take you seriously. She does not ever lay hands on me and then dismisses my concerns. Nearly impossible to get her to order tests. I have been waiting for her to order a GI consult for over four months. Switching PCP's because of this.

If you need to get in and out fast, this is the doctor for you. My visits average 7 minutes. When I try to ask questions I'm interrupted and the conversation is redirected. The last visit she told me after a few minutes I've got to go I'm running late.

When we called for an appt Customer Service told us that Dr. Gray is a Dermatologist. But, when I met her she advised me to seek a Dermatologist !! Waste of my time and Insurance $$
