I wait over an hour every time
I’ve waited close to 1.5 hours 3x now. The oldest nurse or receptionist is extremely unpleasant, and anytime I’m waiting in an exam room, I just see the doctor chatting with people. Why would you make your patients wait while you’re opening chit chatting about vacation right in front of them?

I need a primary doctor and looking online. find out the Dr. Janie Kwak-Tran who had very good review. I came in on my appointment time at 9:15. They won’t be honest with my appointment time. Front desk girl Hilary she is so careless. Push my appointment to 10:15 without any notice. ( I even show her the confirmation email to prove for my 9:15 appointment). By the way please come early to your appointment. If you have Hilary as your receptionist. It takes 20 mins to check you in’ plus there is a long line. I wish I could go with zero star for Hilary

I find that Dr Kwai-Tran takes the time to listen to my concerns and then is thorough with her assessment. I appreciate that she takes the time to explain my ailments and helps to identify what is causing them.

Dr. Kwak-Tran is thorough and listens. She considers different options of treatment and takes good notes. I have had many doctors in my 6 decades but she is one of the best I've ever had. I'm so grateful that a friend referred me to her.

I waited 2.5 hrs to be seen for a new patient intake. I was not informed that I will be charged $115 for a "new patient fee." I have one of the top insurances in Nevada. My insurance told me they were not aware of this fee and that I only needed to pay $40. I contacted the office, manager was supposed to call me back but never did. My friend who recommended her told me she never had to pay such fee. Dr. Kawk-Tran, did take the time to discuss my concerns. Her office staff needs better training.
