Knee replacement
My husband had two knee replacements with Dr. Armstrong. Dr. Armstrong and his entire staff made this experience so much better than we even hoped for. Dr. Armstrong is very skilled and had a wonderful, caring bedside manner, Jeff, his assistant is equally as good. They both explained what to expect and what we needed to do, as well followed up with a personal phone call to make sure we were doing well. The hospital was just a great experience. (at least for me...I'm not the one getting new knees)

Total revision of might right hip
I initially was put into contact with Dr. Armstrong around 7PM on a Tuesday evening. He consulted with an emergency doctor after I was seen for my fourth dislocation and fifth surgery. Dr. Armstrong made time to see me within 48 hours and did surgery within 72 hours. Prior to meeting with me he had spent many hours reviewing my very complicated case, consulted with staff, developed a plan and secured a surgery time. Dr. Armstrong, Jeff, his P.A. and his office staff made me feel like I was their only patient. They took time to explain the procedure, after care and answer all of our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Armstrong for any family member, friend or in need of medical assistance. Great experience!

Yelled at me for 20 minutes humiliating me .
Never showed up to the pre surgical meeting never talked to me after my surgery. Ask to spend the night in the hospital. They kicked me out, made me walk to get a prescription and my leg never set correctly Having pain and discomfort right off the bat with a plastic bendy feeling for months trying to put on my underwear or pants.Called him the night of the surgery when I was at home. Because my entire leg went numb and he humiliated me the next day saying why did you wake me up at 5am !?Had all the symptoms of a blood clot and went to SL emergency told me that it was a complete waste. Took me off ALL pain medication 11 days after surgery had to have my MD re prescribe pain meds .Yelled at me for 25 minutes in his office telling me he did see me before surgery and after and told me my leg would go numb. Told me that I had brain damage from taking pain medication from a previous car accident in 2012.Fired me from his practice Jan 25 2023 because he never checked on me 11 months .

Hip Replacement
I loved the way he spent time in my office visit and didn't make me feel hurried. He answered all my questions and he has a great bedside manner, very personable. When I had surgery he was there before making sure I was doing OK. The surgery went great and afterwards he was always available for any questions. I think he believes firmly that the body will heal itself if we let it.

We would recommend him to anyone.
I met Dr Armstrong when he came into the hospital to fix my husband’s hip dislocation. He was not our surgeon but he could not have been nicer. It was 1 in the morning but he sat down with me to explain why the hip was dislocating. The surgeon who operated never gave us an explanation. So we changed doctors to Dr Armstrong. He may be very direct but I found him caring and compassionate,

Dr.Armstrong left my husband a cripple after a bad knee replacement! He’s VA and his office was dropped from VA and he dropped my husband as though he was garbage right after surgery leaving him without a Dr. He assumed no responsibility for his patient and his poor work.Covid was here and VA was closed. My husband walks with a bad limp and has a club knee. It’s a sad thing to look at everyday. His office is cold and uncaring and so is he.

Dr. Armstrong may be a good surgeon, but he is so focused on fitting his patients into the perfection box that he is not interested in the patient themself. He desires his patients to be the perfect height, weight, and of perfect health in order to accept them for surgery. He is offended by anyone not fitting into his ideal for patient success. He sends patients home to return months later after setting goals for health improvement and if not met will then refer them to other doctors. The patients wasted time and effort is of no consequence to the good doctor. I would not trust this doctor. His only concern is himself. He was snide and condescending during patient appointments. He was rushed and could not even look me in the eye.

I have had a total knee revision plus another knee surgery. I was very impressed with dr. Armstrong. He is blunt and straight to the point which I very much appreciate! It's nice to hear what's really up rather than having things sugar coated and dismissed. I have had good outcomes with his work. Very happy and impressed with him and his staff are great as well! They always make me smile, despite what I'm facing.

DR Jared Armstrong is amazing.First he did my total right hip replacement. 4 mounts later he did my left total hip replacement. How wonderful. I was out of the hospital the same day as surgery for both procedures. I could walk again . No walker or cane for me. I walk two and a half miles every. Some days 5 miles a day. This wonderful DR. gave me my mobility back. I cannot thank him and his team enough.

I was recommended Dr. Armstrong from a friend and I am so glad I did. I had a complicated problem with an old knee replacement, but he figured out a solution and surgery to fix the problem. I couldn't be happier with the results. I recommend him to everyone!

This doctor performed a knee replacement surgery for me in 2015. In my opinion, he was arrogant, had no empathy, and no interest in helping solve an unsuccessful result. Ar my last sppointment with still significant pain, he asked me what he should do? I really thought that was his job. If Anyone aske me, I respond do not go to him.

I recently had complete hip replacement done on both of my hip's by Dr. Armstrong. The first one in May of this year and the second one done in August, just 2 weeks ago. Both my hips are doing great, they feel better than they've felt in a long, long time. I would definitly recommend Dr. Armstrong. He was very professional to both my husband and myself, He explained things in a way we could understand, always polite, quick to answer our questions. All his staff have been wonderful.

Dr Armstrong was definitely not a doctor I would recommend to anyone. I went in for a second opinion and ask questions about my knee. He didn't answer any of my questions and sent me on my way. Terrible bed side manners and not professional at all.
