This office NEVER answers their phone, and there is never a way to leave a message. It takes SEVERAL days to get a call back as well. The last 2 times I needed a refill I waited almost 7-10 days for a response. The last time I tried to make an appointment it took me 7 days to get help to do this. Horrible staff!!! I left a message for the Office Manager to call me to discuss these concerns, but NEVER received a call back of course! Doctor never gives you a straight answer. I went to him because I was bleeding for 3 months. When I tried to make the appointment for that it took 10 days to get a reply. Then they made me wait 3 additional weeks to see him, and when I did see him he didn't even exam me AT ALL. No ultrasound, so pelvic exam, nothing. Went to get a second opinion, that Doctor instantly did an ultrasound and found out I needed a Hysterectomy because I was full of tumors. I gave Dr. Bradford's office many chances and every time it was a horrible experience.

Respectful, Great With Hyperemesis & Ehlers Danlos
Dr. Bradford presents your options and allows you to make decisions without pressure. I really appreciated that he didn’t push me to do an induction or not, or to have pain medication or not, but allowed me time to make my choices and was very respectful. I had an induction, but wanted to avoid pitocin and pain medicine, and he helped me do so. He was the on call OB when I was hospitalized for hyperemesis, and after four months of trying to find help, I switched to him as my OB. He was able to get me therapies that allowed me to gain enough weight by the end of the pregnancy. During labor, he allowed me to be on intermittent monitoring so I could move around. I had a third degree tear and he did an excellent job repairing it. I have Ehlers Danlos, so I have issues with joint dislocations and wound healing, but he took all those factors into account for the delivery overall. Dr. Bradford was kind and reassuring, and I would absolutely recommend him!

The Gold Standard
I wholeheartedly and without any reservations recommend Dr. Bradford!! I had a very traumatic and life-threatening first pregnancy that left me with a lot of doubt in medical providers, but being Dr. Bradford’s patient showed me what knowledgeable and compassionate maternal/fetal healthcare looks like! Dr. Bradford was patient, always kept me informed, and treated me with respect and kindness. He took time to consider my needs, my baby’s needs, as well as the needs of my older daughter and husband. I could go on forever about how much my whole family loves and respects Dr. Bradford, but I will sum it up to say that we are forever in his debt for delivering both myself and my daughter safely, and treating us all so well in the process!

I’m 35 weeks along and just moved into New Braunfels, I have e the right insurance to see this doctor and they are accepting new patients, but they told me they wouldn’t schedule me an appointment because I’m too far along. I’m extremely disappointed and out of options for doctors in my entire area. Very dissatisfied.

Dr Bradford has hands down been the best OBGYN I have had. He helped me through a miscarriage and was so supportive and kind. I couldn’t have hoped to have had a better Dr during that experience. So much so that now since he has relocated to New Braunfels I have been tempted to make the hour drive with my next pregnancy because he is that good!
