5 STAR Doctor and Individual
Felt like a visit with a friend. He was that warm, friendly and welcoming. Easily, the best medical experience I have ever had. Patient, kind and most importantly knowledgeable. He listens and answers all your questions. I left with a solid understanding and plan of action.

A First Class Neurologist
Dr. Wong is highly professional, knowledgeable and unusually careful. He pays attention to every aspect of your history, knows your medications and knows the latest breakthroughs, recently approved drugs and what's in the medical literature more throughly and comprehensively than most doctors do. His manner is courteous and friendly. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

Fake
He’ll be nice to your face and “has a great bedside manner” but it’s fake. He’s not a great doctor, not very knowledgeable, and will smile and say whatever at the moment and never follow up. Getting a referral from him or his staff even though he says you need one is impossible. I can’t figure out if he’s scatterbrained or just lying or his staff is? Anyway the staff is horrible too. Look elsewhere

Dr. Wong is fabulous!
Dr. Wong is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, thorough and very easy to speak with. My husband and I left there and immediately turned to each other and said “he is great.” I highly recommend him.

Engaging personality with great bed site manner
The minute he entered the examining room one felt comfortable and as if one knew each other for years. Very confident and knowledgeable in his field. Ensuring and comforting taking anxiety away and reassuring about what to do. EMG test was done with great care and sensitivity, one knew that he would never want to go over the tolerance of a person's pain scale.

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Wong in Stamford. He spent time listening to me and thinking about what my needs are. Before I arrived, he reviewed my medical notes and researched my symptoms. He took the time to talk about options and put together a plan to treat me. He is available for any questions before my next appointment. I'm so glad he chose Stamford to practice his specialty.

I have had a long history of progressive deterioration of gait and balance. Most doctors said it was related to issues related to herniated discs in my back. Dr. Wong was able to diagnose a very rare neurological condition called hereditary spastic paraparesis. Dr. Wong never gave up, after many tests finally I had an answer for my condition. I am forever grateful for his hard work and perseverance.

I have been taking both of my grandparents to see Dr. Wong for about 5 years now. He's amazing! His bedside manner is awesome! He listens to both patient and caregiver concerns without condensation. Also, he doesn't hand out meds like candy. He starts with the lowest dose of anything he recommends based on condition and will work with you as you to increase as necessary. Out of the handful of neurologists I've visited with my grandparents, he's definitely the best!

I have Inclusion Body Myositis (diagnosed in 2000), a muscle wasting disease with no known cure. DR Wong is very knowledgeable about this fairly rare, progressive disease and the limited available treatments. DR Wong, a neurologist at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Hospital who participates with other neurologist and specialists at the Parkinson's and Movement Disorders clinic in Richmond VA which is jointly sponsored by VCU and the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) as a TEAM. SUPER!!
