first 2 appts great then not
The first 2 visits he spent time withme, wanted to understand my pain situation and history but after that if he took 2 minutes with me that was a lot. Had no interest whatsoever. I have not gone back.

Don't waste your $ on this one! Can't get help from dr. or office!! Answering service (male) is rude! Nothing is important enough for them to return a call. Not professional in any way! You cannot rely on this dr. to help you.

My family doctor referred me because of back pain. They ordered my MRI and got me in quickly after for the procedure. The staff was friendly and able to answer all my questions.

Dr. Mergaman is extremely caring!!!!! Listens to my issues and works with my limitations. ALWAYS. I'd recommend him to anyone with pain problems, especially back and neck. You will not be disappointed.

Wounderful, compassionate and a great doctor that actually listens to you with an honest and extracts all the details from his conversation with you during an examination. Dr. Mergerman makes you feel as you are his only concern even though his practice is extremely robust. He always looks to ensure that your are comfortable while trying to minimize the amount of medication that is needed for his patients comfort and works with you to find alternative treatments that minimize you medications!

My experience with this office & physician has been a nightmare. I have been forced to file formal complaints with my insurance company & PA Dept of Health. He ignored repeated phone calls forcing me to the ER on 2 occasion's because of his neglect. Choose another doctor. This one doesn't care at all about a patient in excruciating pain.
