Dr. Foucauld is great. He asks questions. He listens. The practice is a disaster though. Wait times are ridiculous. Office is understaffed and overworked. Hold time on the phone can be 10 mins. When you complain you are told the doctors are aware of the problem but are not interested in fixing them. Talk about profits over patient care.

Dr Foucault is caring, patient, listens to his patients asks pertinent questions and works together with patient and their family so that patient may enjoy a better and healthy quality of life. His MA (sorry can’t recalk name) is compassionate and goes the extra mile for the patient. Mom receives excellent healthcare.... hard to find in today’s healthcare environment. That is the reason that my mom C. Rivera has been his patient for over 15 years + years! Marisol

The doctor's front office is totally inefficient. It takes up to two to three days for a return phone call. They treat you like you are a bother. It is virtually impossible to speak to your physician. The only way to get a response is to call one of their satellite offices that are run more efficiently. The doctor has poor bedside manner. Doesn't answer questions sufficiently for the most part. He ignores any comments about the inefficiency of the front office.
