Very good staff. I was treaded with respect.

I recently underwent an upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Jacobs. He is a highly skilled physician and surgeon. He spent considerable time with me to ensure I met the criteria for the procedure. Although, I am not even ten days out post operatively and still have minimal swelling, the improvement is impeccable. I already have a wider vision field and can see positive results. Also, the staff at Harvard Eye are very professional and customer service oriented. Lori, the surgical coordinator spent close to one hour reviewing both the pre and post operative instructions and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the office. Very impressive!

I recently had a lesion removed from the inner part of my eyelid. Dr. Jeffrey Jacobs was Amazing! During the office visit, he made sure to explain what his thoughts were on the lesion; and this helped me make an educated guess on what I wanted to do. I decided to move forward with the excision, and he made sure all along the way that I was comfortable and pain free. It was over in just a few short moments, and NO scarring down the road! I needed to have a procedure done on my eyes which involved cutting a small part of my lower lid. Understandably, I was VERY nervous about it. Dr Jacobs was so gentle that the process was painless and comfortable. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is knowledgeable, professional and experienced. I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else!

Spends time and doesn’t rush through the visit. Seems to sincerely want to make things better.
