He was very professional but
When I made the appointment I told them I wanted to have a procedure to fix my kerotoconus. Instead whoever made the appointment put me down as a diagnosis visit. I went had my eyes checked just to be told he does not perform the cxl procedure. What a waste of time and insurance coverage. Whoever made the appointment mess with me because now I have to pay out of pocket for my next appointment with someone who does the cxl thing.

Excellent, professional, and straight to the point
I arrived and was immediately greeted. I checked in and I was attended to right away. I went through a few test and ultra sound on my eyes. His associates explained thoroughly the procedures and assured me that everything would be fine.

Efficient and trustworthy
The automatic appointment reminder and online check in is efficient, although it could be improved by removing the promotional questions in the end. The wait time was reasonable. The test was done professionally and only when necessary to help the diagnosis. the staffs are pleasant and cordial . Dr. Casey’s assessment is simple and straightforward. It is a smoothly run practice.
