They won’t see you if you don’t give them your entire social security number. Which is very odd. They lied and told me that the doctor was leaving at the exact time of my appt 3:40 and they close at 5pm. I saw many patients go in after the doctor supposedly left. I will be reporting them.

After seeing two other Neurologists without any positive results I switched to Dr. Katzell. He's personable, knowledgeable and very skillful. I trust him with my life. I moved 4 hours North and still make the drive back to see him when needed. He has now performed 2 surgeries on me from 3 different car accidents. I will never use anyone else. Even my parents use him and they complain about everyone! I recommend him to all my friends and family. I went to Dr Katzell because I was suffering from low back pain. Dr Katzell did thorough examination and explained to me what he thought was my diagnosis, he then ordered lumbar MRI to confirm his evaluation. Dr Katzell is a caring doctor who does not like his patient suffering from pain if he could help it ... from what I noted. I returned to office to receive results from the MRI. Dr Katzell wanted to started with a conservative approach for treatment but when it did not help, Dr Katzell recommenced and preform a Lumbar discectomy which help relief the symptoms in which I was suffering. At all times Dr Katzell was professional, attentive and caring. His office staff is wonderful and caring too.

I was having problems with my neck and arm & didn’t understand why I was experiencing such unusual pain. Despite visiting my primary doctor, I was still experiencing pain & continued complications. I did some research and eventually contacted this office. From my first telephone conversation up through each office visits my experience with this facility has been excellent. Dr. Katzell wasted no time in diagnosing and properly treating my disc injuries. I was emotional when I received the news, but doctor Katzell and his team were empathetic & truly made a genuine effort to educate me on this injury & treat it. I had a rapid recovery after surgery and am back to my pre-injured lifestyle. A special thank you to Demeris and the staff for going the extra mile to accommodate all my concerns & addressing my questions. You all outshine the rest and should be recognized for superior & intelligent patient care.

This office refuses patients and lies in your face with excuses and the manager hides and won't address patients problems.

Dr. Katzell is an Excellent and caring doctor he has great staff and they don't keep you waiting in the lobby for a long time. I saw him a few times when I injured my neck and he took the time to explain my injuries to me and answer all my questions. The doctor told me I needed surgery and explained in detail my injury as well as treatment and recovery time. Ive had wonderful results after surgery and have recommended Dr Katzell to all my friend and family. I feel blessed he's an amazing surgeon

Dr. Katzell repaired my rotator cuff a few months ago and my outcome has been wonderful. The 1/2 inch scars are nearly invisible & my shoulder feels as good as new. He is very approachable and easy to talk to. He gave me options to consider before surgery and if I choose to have it done, what my expectations should be. I chose the surgery. He and his staff were attentive and accommodating toward my needs. Despite having a torn rotator cuff I had a pleasant experience & heartily recommend him.

Avoid. Poor management or lack there of. I had an appt at 3:30, waited 30 minutes and then the office lady claims that the doctor is leaving. Excuse me, what? Also, I asked for the manager and she was also conveniently leaving. I have not been able to reach the office for 3 days.
