Dr. Liegner did an upper and lower blepharoplasty on on my face in February, 2020. COVID then closed all offices and he moved out-of-state. He also did a mid cheek lift, telling me it would make me look younger, however, my entire left cheek has collapsed. It appears he removed fat from my cheek unnecessarily. I am in constant pain, with my eyes, particularly the left, despite another physician attempting to correct the problem. Neither of my eyes close normally, and the left does not close completely. I would never recommend this doctor. He took away too much of my eyelid skin &, as a result my eyes can never look normal again. He remained in contact with me through emails for a while, but it has been more than a year since I have heard anything further from him.

As an x patient of lIigner I would never recommend him even to my worst enemy, after about 4 years of vision agony from a botched up lense replacement x 2 and constant black Halo in left eye (beautiful day like today need to be indoors), my quality of life is getting worse. Shrugged his shoulders and said we have nothing but time to heal, what a joke. Stay away from this guy, Steve Durino 8/3/20

Dr. Liegner is one of the greatest doctors we have ever gone to for any reason. He has treated both my husband and me for years for different problems. I just wanted to say how much we will miss him. He actually saved my husband's life for which we will always be indebted. We wish him nothing but the very best in his retirement years. He will always be 5 stars to us. God Bless him always.

I am so happy with my results. The healing takes time but the results are worth it. Everyone was professional, caring and helpful. They answered all my questions and made me feel safe and comfortable. I would do this again in a heartbeat but I would only go to Eye Care Northwest in Sparta.

This is the most remarkably efficient medical offices I have ever encountered. The staff is cordial, competent, and helpful. I have been seen by both Dr. Lee and Dr. Liegner with equal confidence in their examinations and counsel. Dr. Liegner & his well-trained staff made my cataract surgery an amazing experience. He listened to me & answered all my questions. Four days post-op it's as though a light has been turned on & the distance vision in my right eye is getting crisper & clearer every day. Beyond his excellent credentials he made me feel I was a person, not just another procedure to be done. He is the best as a physician & a man & I feel fortunate to have been treated by him.

Eye surgery of any kind is scary but Dr. Listener's office puts you at ease with their level of expertise & compassionate care. I also love how the staff genuinely cares about their patients & each other. Highly recommended!

From the initial lasik consultation all the way to the actual procedure, I knew I was in good hands. All my questions were answered both in office and via phone or email. Any type of surgery can be a scary thing, but I can honestly say that I felt quite relaxed thanks to the great staff here. I recommend anyone thinking about lasik come see Dr Liegner.

Eye Care Northwest is an awesome place all around. The doctors and all of the staff are professional, kind & well organized. They are also kid friendly, which makes scheduling appointments easy. Kelly, the Lasik consultant is fabulous! She is patient, listens and explains the procedure from start to finish. All of the staff are excellent at providing instructions for the procedure and answering questions. Dr. Liegner performs his job well and has excellent bedside manner. Ty for my new vision!

I’m so glad I went to Dr. Liegner. His staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the lasix and walked me through the whole process. I felt so comfortable in his office and I wish I could give more than 5 stars as a rating. In less than 24 hours, I have 20/20 vision and I’m back to my normal life.. just without my glasses
