DO NOT GO TO HIM!
I had to change oncologists due to an insurance conflict. I had two other oncologists on my team that I saw before coming here to see this guy. I am a medical professional of 30 years. This man had a horrible bedside manner. I would give him zero stars if possible. He was extremely rude to me when I asked questions about testing that my last oncologist deemed necessary. He did not appreciate questions about future testing or anything in regards to my own care. He was in a hurry to dismiss me. I fired him and found a different oncologist. They ordered the proper testing on me that most likely saved my life. They answered my questions and listened to me. I have been seeing them for at least the last 7 years of my care and recently graduated from oncology with the best care. I came here after graduating oncology to write this. Do not go to this guy!

Beyond bad in all ways
Anyone who has had a diagnosis of cancer knows first hand how life altering and scary it is. I had been fortunate in my cancer journey in having an excellent oncologists when I lived in Pennsylvania. After moving to Ohio, I had to get a new oncologist. I saw Dr. Muler at Flower hospital. His cold approach to me was a shock. He became upset when I asked a few things that were noted in my portal. He couldn't answer the questions and told me to go back to the oncologist I had in Pennsylvania 'because she knew my history'.(He had my history in the letters from my former oncologist.)His nurse was very nice and said she would ask the dr.have call me to explain his decision. Henever called. Luckily my new oncologist ordered testing Dr. Muler never had done. that testing found metastasis that she was able to successfully treat. I would never recommend Dr. Muler nor I never would trust him.

I would give Zero stars if it were possible
Horrible experience with this doctor. The lack of compassion this oncologist had is almost scary. He became noticeably angry when I asked him two questions concerning my cancer. He could not get me out of his office fast enough after I asked him two questions about my cancer. As opposed to seeing the questions as an attempt to educate myself about my sickness, he obviously saw me as 'questioning his ability'. He ending up refusing to give me another appointment and told me to go to a different oncologist. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the new oncologist I saw did testing (an MRI) Dr. Muler never did, and luckily discovered my cancer had spread. It was fortunate for me as I was then able to get properly treated for it. The combination of his cold uncaring attitude, coupled with his incorrect usage of proper cancer testing, are huge reasons I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

Arrogant, cold and uncaring.
Dr. Muler was very noticeably annoyed that I had reviewed the scan test results prior to seeing him, and asked him two questions. He was arrogant, and in a big hurry to get done with me. I do not feeling comfortable seeing this Dr. again. I think Flower Hospital is a super facility, and all of this drs. nurses were excellent. Very caring and professional staff. Too bad he was the oncologist I saw.

Very very RUDE and arrogant! Dr. Muler has zero bedside manner and was clearly bothered with the questions I had in regards to my fathers cancer. Very sad and disappointing patients and their families who are dealing with cancer have to experience someone who has no personality or compassion. I agree with the last 3 reviews. I would not recommend him.

Was very rude and uncaring. When I disagreed with him regarding pain management and advice based on a second opinion, all of a sudden he said chemo was a waste of time and referred me to hospice. He gave me no medical reason for this decision. He never acknowledged my wife, not even to say hello. Staff and assistants were wonderful though.

Very limited information and short terse answers. Seemed to be bothered that I reviewed test results on-line prior to the appointment. Completely ignored my wife's presence. I don't feel comfortable with this Dr. anymore.
