Great Dr. listens and is very knowledgeable. Providence Health and Services Billing is problematic. Pay a bill and they still bill you. Then you send them a note and "they fix it" Yet, the bill shows up on their records.

He is knowledgeable and thorough, without over-prescribing, and is professional while retaining a positive and warm “bedside manner.” He explains, suggests, and answers your questions without negative judgement. He treated my elderly mother with patience, concern and dignity.

Dr. Work is exceptional. Very thorough and great bedside manner. Spends time and ask questions. Cares a lot about his patients which you do not see often these days. Too bad I cannot see him as my internist as well.

The Doc is great and I have been a patient 20+ years. Friends and family go to him. Saved my life. That said, working with his staff has been a challenge when it comes to prescription refills.

I've found some specialists can be a little... clinical in their manner - but Dr. Work was especially personable; I liked him right away. He was very thorough, answered all my questions, and spent plenty of time with me. I felt well cared for. Would highly recommend.
