Great visit
Had a great visit. Learned I had a prolapsed uterus. She thoroughly examined me explaining exactly what she was doing and what she was looking for. I learned my problem was not advanced enough for treatment but that I have a couple of spots she wants biopsies that I would never have known about. I am an older woman who no longer needs annual paper smears so this was good. I would not hesitate to visit again.

Dr. Jenna Banner has a cold and uncaring bedside manner. She sent other doctors to check on me after I had an emergency C-section that she was lackadaisical about when she recommended it after 23 hours in labor with little to no change in dilation. She also told me that stress isn’t known to effect pregnancy after I was having panic attacks every day due to my high stress job. I wouldn’t wish her care on anyone. I was terrified to go into another doctor’s office after my experience with her, and burst into tears in front of my new doctor during an exam. The staff wasn’t much better, with one of her nursing staff laughing at a 3 hour diabetes test I was told to take. She said “Hahahaha, this one sucks you’re gonna hate it”. Oh yeah, and when I felt like I was having complications from the c-section, she told me that I should see a primary care doctor From now on. When I corrected her that this was directly stemming from a gynecological procedure she said “well that’s ok”
