Dr. Jennifer Buczyner, MD

When we first met with her, she neglected to tell us that she was leaving the practice.We would not have started with this group had we been aware of that. Also, her PA was less than helpful. The group manager told us that we would see a doctor only once a year, he rest of the time with a PA. When I asked about this, the office manager told me we should find a concierge DR. Very little empathy is this practice.

no personality, no empathy,wont answer questions,doesnt appear to care,cold office, rushed, not the kind of doctor I want to see. Im angry I wasted time seeing her again.

This is my first time writing a review for anything. I am absolutely astonished at the lack of empathy and care I received at this practice. I saw the PA and she was rushed, dismissive and seemed irritated at the length of my medical history. Usually at a first time visit you are given extra time to go over medical history and try to get to know the patient before prescribing medication. Our interaction was so odd I finally asked her why she was acting so angry and irritated with me! Hope I save someone from waiting months for this lack of care

Excellent physician. Dr. Jennifer listens and takes time during my appointments. I have never felt rushed or ignored. I have been a patient for 5 years and highly recommend her. Her staff is courteous and efficient.

There are not enough words to express my appreciation to Dr. Jennifer Buczyner for providing such extraordinary care, going the extra mile to assist with maintaining my health, always caring, kind, knowledgeable, a great listener, never rushed and supportive. Backstory: I called Dr. Buczyner’s office and spoke to Office Manager, Amanda Peterson who couldn’t have been more helpful, lovely and understanding in regards to my needs. I knew that Amanda was a positive reflection of Dr. Buczyner. Plus prior to this call, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity of viewing Dr. B’s “Live” Facebook Presentation. I was totally impressed with her background and knowledge of Myasthenia Gravis which I was diagnosed with in 2015. Dr. Buczyner’s and her Staff (Amanda, Holley, Julissa and Kayma, PA), made me feel welcomed, comfortable as they treat their patients with dignity & respect. The facility is clean, well maintained and managed with little or no wait time. *****Highly recommend*****

Never left a review on any Dr before. Maybe this Dr is more personable in the a.m., , not sure. Perhaps also best suited for those in the depths of illness or disease, rather than for any early-onset concerns. My first visit was great, until she came into the room. She was abrasive, ckearly annoyed and quite dismissive to concerns. Just disingenuous. I was not even scheduled to see her that day. I simply took the first appointment available as it was suggested by another Dr that I see a neurologist ASAP. My family has lived in this area for well over 30 years and quite familiar with many in the medical field. Never had this issue. Was extremely disappointed in this referral. Hoping it was just my lousy experience.

I've been seeing Dr. Buczyner for 5+ years. Dr. Buczyner takes the time to listen to my issues and concerns. She asks questions to insure her understanding. Whether testing is needed, medication or even a referral to another doctor I trust that she is choosing the best option for my situation.

I always receive excellent care when visiting Dr Jennifer Buczyner. In my opinion Dr B is a superior Neurological practitioner. No matter the complexity, Dr B chooses an individualized treatment plan of care. She is a very caring person. I definitely feel that my problems are important to her and she listens! Dr. Buczyner really wants to get to the root cause of your symptoms and works with you for an optimal outcome. I highly recommend her.

Well worth the wait! The first visit was fantastic and the second visit was even better! She truly cared about my situation and treated me with respect even after I questioned her at my first visit. I was anxious and she kindly spoke to me. I will be making referrals to this office if anyone needs a Neurologist.

Comprehensive in every sense of the word. With varied experiences in many neurological settings she quickly observes telltale nuances of behavior in identifying the type of disorder and suggested treatments of relief. Glad she’s on my team.

I have not as yet met Dr Buczyner as yet and I’m sure it will be a very positive meeting due to my experience with the office coordinator Amanda. Amanda was amazing in helping me with an appointment for my daughter who has a brain issue. Amanda’s kindness, knowledge and welcoming demeanor lets me believe this is an office with a truly efficient staff. I look forward to my daughter’s March appointment with Dr Buczyner and meeting Amanda in person.

She is knowledgeable, kind, caring and takes her time to listen to the patient. Amanda is a great girl, very kind n informative. I will recommend Dr. Bucztner anytime...5 stars are not enough!
