Dr. Jennifer Dukowicz, MD

She has been my Doctor for many years. She is always through and doesn’t rush seeing you. I would highly recommend her.

First reason we chose Dr. Dukowicz was because she is an Internist and we read reviews 6 years ago. She listens, is very pleasant and thorough. I’ve never been rushed. Dr. Dukowicz pondered my ‘out there’ symptoms and called two days later with the correct diagnoses (she’d heard of the condition one time in school). Her husband is also a premiere physician, so, I believe, they confidently converse on cases after business hours. Only last week I had two breast biopsies. Three business days later when Dr. Dukowicz called, she said, “I’ve been watching for these results to come in.” While on the phone, she says, “oh, here comes more information...”. She always has my back and refers out to Asheville’s very best specialist. My husband also adores her, and he is a patient who checks out all credentials.

She knows my history and allows me to participate in decisions about my care. She explains complex terms so that I can understand them. Her attitude is positive and uplifting.
