The office of Dr. Kleinbaum told me that the doctor had an emergency and had to leave before I arrived. I had previously contacted the office from my vehicle and his staff did not mention this fact. I drove a great distance to keep my appointment.. this is not a professional office that services their patients.. they knew at the time of my phone call that the doctor was not there and could have saved me time and gas.. shame on them..????

I went to see Dr. Kleinbaum while I had undiagnosed Hashimoto's Disease. I was doing very poorly, had to stop working and was desperate for some treatment. Dr. Kleinbaum ran some tests, but seemed to analyze nothing else but a few standard ranges of values. Because he did not analyze anything other than a few numbers on a piece of paper he missed the fact that I had Hashimoto's. As a result, I continued to suffer for 6 months or so more until a competent doctor diagnosed me.
