Dr. Patel is fine. The practice is a disaster. The back office is the worst experience I’ve had in my life. Kelly in particular is rude, argumentative and completely unsuited to dealing with the public, especially seniors. Despite my many 5-star reviews, this practice gets a zero. Dr Patel a five, but the attitude of the phone staff indicates a poorly run practice. Run, don’t walk, to a better-run practice.
