Had surgery Nov 28 and started to have signs of a kidney infection Dec 5. Called her office and was completely dismissed by her staff and they wouldn’t see me. 12 hrs later I was in the ER with a fever of 103.1 and it was confirmed I had a kidney infection and SEPSIS. Was admitted and infectious disease told me I had Klebsiella in my blood which they said is hospital acquired. Dr Delto doesn’t have privileges at Lakeside so when they called her office another Dr said they couldn’t come there. My dad’s urology group took care of me in the hospital and Dr Delto did not check on me via phone once while I was in the hospital or discharged. Lacks compassion and empathy. Her and her staff are very dismissive of any concerns you have and don’t really have any involvement in your care. Stent removal generally takes 30-60 seconds today with her it took about 30 mins because they couldn’t find stent graspers and were using biopsy graspers. Let hope I don’t end up with another infection.

Awesome Doctor!!
Dr. Delto is a caring and amazing doctor! She did my son's reconstructive surgery and we were so impressed by her level of caring for our son who has Down Syndrome!

Dr. Delto is an amazing physician! I’m so glad I found her. She is truly empathetic and compassionate with her patients and takes the time to listen to me and make sure all my questions are answered and that we have a plan of care that I can understand. She even takes the time to personally call me if something important comes up. She once called me at 8pm on a Friday evening after reviewing labs to get me started on antibiotics before the weekend for a severe infection that I had! She has a wonderful bedside manner and impeccable surgical skills. I would recommend her to everyone I know that needs urology services!
