Awful secretary
I cannot believe somebody this rude that lacks empathy and understanding is the secretary for this office. She kept hanging up on me. When I asked for a supervisor or somebody in charge, she told me that there was nobody above her. This woman shouldn’t be working with criminals in prison, much less patients at Cedar Sinai. Deanna is her name.

Unbelievabley RUDE secratary or assistant named Deanna!!! She just hung up on me and would not answer my questions. I needed to know if the procedure that I will be having done would be classified as medically neccessary or not. I even offered to call her back if she was busy. I called her back and she hung up again!!!! How unprofessional. I will keep my apointment in 2 days and tell the Doctor what happened face to face. This rudness may bring the Drs 5 star rating and the Dr may like to know
