While vacationing my son was hit by car. I bought him to this amazing hospital where the staff was compassionate and caring.(Staff)…•Dr Oakes•Joe•Caitlin•Jenna•Samantha We were there for not a good reason but they made us comfortable.

Visited Hospitality ER for severe cough and shortness of breath. Dr. Oakes and staff were amazingly friendly, attentive, profession, and helped me understand 100% of what was bothering me. 8 hours later and I am already feeling remarkably better. I always appreciate a doctor that TALKS to me so I understand my issues, and Dr. Oakes did that and then some.

Dr. Oakes was very friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable and treating with care and respect. I would not hesitate to see her again! She is exactly the epitome of what all ER doctors should aspire to be! Thank you!

My son and I visited Hospitality Health ER because we both had superficial dog bites on our arm/hands. It was a busy night for the ER because of Labor Day weekend in a tourist town. Dr. Oakes took care of us in a very timely manner, spent more time with us than she probably had available and answered all our question thoroughly even though some didn't have to do directly with our injuries. Her bedside manner was great, personable and not at all like an uninterested robot. I wish we could have a doctor like her at all visits.

Fantastic! Even though she was not able to fix my issue, she and her staff gave excellent care with an excellent bedside manner.
