I went to Dr. Mindel for neuro-ophthalmology with a difficult issue, and he was able to give me information which the 2 previous ophthalmologists I saw had missed. He was extremely thorough in his examinations, took his time, listened to what I said patiently and answered all the questions I had. He also called me the next day after reviewing a ton of tests I left with him to personally update me on the diagnosis. He's very competent in his field and shows a level of care rarely seen today.

He was very dismissive and wouldn't let you get a word in at all. He seemed like he was only helping because he had to and there was no wanting to find any answers. I'm left with more questions than I went in with!
