Extremely disappointing experience. Dr. Ackley initially came across as compassionate and confident. He assured me with 100% certainty that he could resolve the issues with my back. Unfortunately, following surgery, I experienced no improvement—in fact, my pain worsened.When I raised these concerns, Dr. Ackley repeatedly told me that everything was fine and there was nothing more he could do. I eventually sought a second opinion, where another physician reviewed my imaging and found significant issues, including improperly placed cages and loose screws.As a result, I’ve endured multiple stays in rehab and nursing facilities. I am now living in an assisted living facility, and it’s unlikely I’ll be able to return home. Since being here, I’ve encountered several other individuals who had similar outcomes following procedures performed by Dr. Ackley.While he may present himself as someone doing meaningful, even spiritual work, my experience—and the experiences of others I’ve met—sug
