I am a 67-year-old Caucasian male who used the services of Dr. John Alexander at Alexander Cosmetic Surgery in February 2018. I received a neck lift and lower face lift to remove a large amount of excess skin and to tighten the remaining skin. Great experience from the beginning of the entire process. Dr. Alexander has a very customer friendly and supportive staff. Dr. Alexander has a very calming demeanor. He is extremely smart but also very down to earth at the same time. He will never pressure you into anything or try to up sell you in any way. He took all the time I needed to answer my questions and made me feel relaxed with my decisions. I will never look for another plastic surgeon from here on out.

He really takes his time and explains everything and will only do what you really need.
