Former Patient of Midwest ENT
This organization is very cavalier about patient care. When I arrived for my last appointment I was told that I had cancelled the appointment! I had not. Later the office administrator contacted me and admitted that a staff employee had 'hit the wrong button' to cancel my properly scheduled appointment. This is one of the worst experiences I've had in my life with a healthcare provider. If they cannot be relied upon to properly safeguard a patient's appointments why should one rely upon them for their health care needs. The flippant attitude of the office administrator when she justified the customer service breakdown was: 'people make mistakes'. Well Ms. Office Administrator I don't want you making 'mistakes' with my health care!!

They cancelled on me twice after a major nose bleed, both times I had to switch my customers around so I could get in to see Dr. Canoyer. Never called me back to reschedule,I also had other issues to talk to them about. Thankyou for your professionalism! You could care less.

STAY AWAY! They will take your money and apply it where they see fit. We are living in a world where we need all our monies, especially when services aren't rendered. My guy was scheduled for surgery that was unable to happen due to high blood pressure, and they took the funds the hospital returned for surgery and applied it to their office books. This office has nickled and dimed us so many times that we explained that we'd prefer them to send us an invoice so that we can dispute fees or charges and return the surgery funds since it didnt happen. They CALLED US AND ASKED what we'd like to do with the funds. We explained AGAIN that we'd like the surgery funds returned. The office person (Ashley) stated that she would send the funds right away. Now 10 days later they say they cant return our money. Im sorry but we dont have an extra $350 to just give away in these trying times.

Love Dr. Matt. He is patient and listens. He did my balloon sinuplasty. He is one of the few doctors I see that stays on schedule. I never have to sit out in the waiting room forever. He is great about getting me in when I need to be seen, and always good with getting rx's refilled. I drive from South County because he and his nurse Jill have always taken are of any issues I have come in with. I have recommended him to family friends and coworkers.

Dr. Conoyer saw me exactly at the time of our appointment. His nurse was polite and respectful, updating my records for any changes. Dr. Conoyer performed a thorough exam of my nose (bleeding issue) and explained why it was happening. He treated me and did an additional exam of throat and ears. At all times I was treated with professional courtesy and decorum, and felt completely at ease.
